Have you remodeled bathrooms in Vienna?▸
Yes. Bathroom Brigade completed a luxury full remodel of a primary bathroom in Vienna, with a freestanding soaking tub, black marble accent wall and glass walk-in shower. Photos are on our projects page.
Who actually does the work?▸
Bathroom Brigade is a division of Kenney Construction. The same licensed, insured and bonded company (VA DPOR #2705187519) handles the work, not a subcontracted third party.
How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Vienna?▸
Our published reference ranges are $12,000–$25,000 for a basic remodel, $25,000–$40,000 for mid-range and $40,000–$70,000+ for high-end. These are typical Northern Virginia ranges, not quotes.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?▸
It depends on scope. A full remodel takes longer than a single-fixture update such as a vanity swap, and inspections are part of the schedule. You get a project-specific timeline with your estimate.
Who issues bathroom permits in Vienna, the Town or the County?▸
Fairfax County issues building permits, including inside the Town of Vienna. The Town reviews some projects for zoning, such as basement renovations and exterior changes, but not interior remodels above the basement.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?▸
Yes. Bathroom Brigade handles plumbing and electrical work as part of the project. You do not need to hire a separate plumber or electrician.
My house is decades old. Is that a problem?▸
No, but it should be planned for. Older bathrooms can hide original supply lines, attic-vented fans or old water damage. A good scope explains how discoveries like that are handled.
Can you add a bathroom where there is not one now?▸
Often, depending on where drain lines can run and how the space is framed. A new bathroom involves Fairfax County permits, and a basement bathroom inside the Town of Vienna also needs a Town submission.
What is the difference between a shower remodel and a full remodel?▸
A shower remodel or tub conversion replaces just that area: framing, waterproofing, tile and fixtures. A full remodel changes the layout, tile, vanity and fixtures throughout the bathroom.
Can you install a heated floor?▸
Yes. Bathroom Brigade installs Schluter Ditra-Heat under tile, planned together with the electrical work.
Do you do kitchens too?▸
Bathroom Brigade does bathrooms only. Kenney Construction's Kitchen Kings division handles kitchen remodeling.
Do you provide written estimates?▸
Yes. Every project gets a written scope so you know what is included before work starts.
What are your hours?▸
