Vienna
Vienna is an incorporated town in Fairfax County, incorporated in 1890. It stayed small and rural until the postwar years: the Town counts 1,237 residents in 1940, and census figures show it growing from about 2,000 people in 1950 to more than 11,000 by 1960 as new subdivisions filled in. The Town notes that new homes began blending with those of an earlier era, and that mix of older houses and newer construction is what we see when we walk Vienna bathrooms.
The Vienna postal area is larger than the Town. A lot of homes with a Vienna address, in ZIP codes 22180, 22181 and 22182, are outside the Town limits in unincorporated Fairfax County. We serve both.
Nearby communities we serve
- Oakton (Fairfax County)
- McLean (Fairfax County)
- Reston (Fairfax County): we have completed bathroom work here.
- Great Falls (Fairfax County)
- Herndon (Fairfax County): home base for Kenney Construction, with completed bathroom work.
Bathroom Brigade's full service area also includes Chantilly and Centreville in Fairfax County, and Ashburn, Sterling, Aldie and South Riding in Loudoun County.
Why the jurisdiction matters
Everything in this part of the county is Fairfax County for building permits, but inside the Town of Vienna, the Town also reviews some projects for zoning. Across the county line in Loudoun, the permit office is different altogether. When we plan your remodel, we work with the jurisdiction your home is actually in.
This site and Bathroom Brigade
Vienna Bathroom Remodel is a local site for Bathroom Brigade, and both are part of Kenney Construction. The main Bathroom Brigade site has its own Vienna pages showing the same project, and a planning article on vanity storage written for Vienna homeowners.
